I suggest you go through them, look at the examples and decide which direction to take your own teaching of this subject. I have deliberately not prescribed a specific approach as we are all working with different situations in terms of funding, experience and classroom discipline. This is not a list of tasks to complete and you should not look at as such. Rather, this is an initial bank of creative activity that can be selected from, developed, re-invented or expanded on. Try to use the period between Halloween and Christmas to work on at least some of the exercises and use this as a base to develop your own from. You might also refer back here, as your student’s production work gets under way in order to inform your individual guidance.
It is hoped that eventually, as submission of coursework and moderation moves entirely online, this will form the basis of a developing bank of ideas and techniques, which all teachers and students can access and contribute to.
